The Pattern System
Jay Earley, Ph.D.
The Pattern System is a way of understanding
your personality, a method for mapping your psyche by
understanding your parts and how they relate to each other. It does this in a way
that can lead directly to psychological healing and personal growth
using IFS therapy. It also
helps you to understand other people—why they respond as they do, what makes
them tick.
