As a transformational psychologist, my work is about the evolution of consciousness and society. I develop psychological and social theory, work with individuals on psychological and spiritual development, train therapists, and teach classes and groups on self-therapy and relationship skills

Major Sections

  • Internal Family Systems Therapy. IFS is a new method which I believe is the cutting edge in psychotherapy today.

  • IFS Classes. Learn IFS as a practice for self-help and peer counseling.

  • Communication from the Heart Classes. A method for communication derived from IFS, the Pattern System, Interactive Groups, and other approaches.

  • The Diamond Approach. I am a long-time student of the Diamond Approach, which has enhanced my spiritual development and informed all of my other work. I offer spiritual coaching.

  • Life Purpose Coaching. I define life purpose as a contribution to the world that uses your whole self fully and gives your life passion, fulfillment, and meaning through dedication to something larger than yourself. I offer a coaching program for finding a truly meaningful career and life vision.

  • Social Transformation. At this time in history, we are called on to be planetary elders, cultural mid-wives, social healers, engaged spiritual seekers, transformative citizens. This section includes coaching, books, and articles.

  • The Pattern System. The Pattern System is a way of understanding your personality, a method for mapping your psyche that can lead directly to psychological healing and personal growth. It also helps you to understand other people.

  • Interactive Group Therapy. Over more than 25 years of leading groups, I have developed an approach to group psychotherapy that integrates interpersonal, Gestalt, and IFS. This section includes articles, books, and groups.
